
Ripe fruit was hand harvested, destemed at the winery, gently crushed and pressed. Fermentation was carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel vessels. A small portion of our oak aged 2007 was blended to give lasting length to the finish. The wine shows aromas of pears and quince with a hint of toasted coconut, whilst the palate offers ripe tropical flavours showing pears and delightful spice, excellent extract and a lasting and rich mouthfeel.
