Ripe fruit was hand harvested, destemed at the winery, gently crushed and processed. Spices, pear, and stonefruit with a subtle floral lift and smooth palate displays classical Pinot Gris varietal structure. Medium dry weight with a fresh lingering finsh. A great aperitif and ideal partner for a wide range of foods. Cellar for 2 - 5 years or drink now.
