Tasting Notes:
Ripe fruit was hand harvested, gently crushed and pressed. The pressing jiuce was fermented cool to retain the varietal character prior to blending and bottling
The nose shows typical varietal characters of roses, lychee and some lavendar with just a touch of spice. These characters follow through to the palate which is broad, soft and unctious and displays good persistence and a slightly savoury finish.
